2. Reservation of Item
We will send you a confirmation email and will reserve the item for you. Item will be released to others if FULL payment is not received within 1 day. Once payment is done, please send an email to baby.basics84@gmail.com with the transaction reference and time of transfer.

3. All items are either pre-order or ready stock.
Please note that for pre-orders, shipping may take 2-3 weeks.
4. Accuracy of Item
Please note that the item pictures may be slightly different from the actual color of the item. This may be due to your monitor resolution or picture quality.

NO REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS/ EXCHANGES will be entertained once payment has been made. Payment will only be refunded if pre-order item is out of stock.

If you choose Registered Post, there will be an additional charge of $2.25. We highly recommend this mode of delivery to ensure the delivery of item.

8. Payment
Please transfer FULL payment to UOB Savings 373-370-914-4 (Tiong Bahru Branch) or POSB Savings 189-50367-9 and email us the transaction reference no. and date and time. Please also inform me which bank you have transferred to.
To avoid confusion, please note that your initials must be the same as your order name when you make the payment.
